Wedding Arrival Reception
Drinks Reception will be held in our stunning Sea View Lounge with views over looking Galway Bay and the Clare Hills. The room will be tastefully decorated and a table plan will be displayed at the entrance for your guests to browse.

Guests are greeted by an Indulgent Chocolate Fountain with Exotic Fruit Platters and a champagne reception with a choice of the following:

Cool Summer Cocktail (cool white wine punch with sliced summer fruits)
or
Warm Seasonal Mulled Wine (red wine warmed and infused with a selection of spices)

We will also offer your guests a selection of Canapés & Tapas

Once the banqueting bell is rang your guests will be shown to one of our lavish banqueting suites, either The Ballyvaughan or The Lettermore Suite.

Wedding Banquet Meal
A five course meal is served consisting of a starter, a soup, choice of main course, dessert and freshly brewed tea or coffee.

Wine
During the meal your guests are offered up to three glasses of wine per person. There is a choice between Fortant de France Merlot, it tastes of dark fruit, plums, blackberries and chocolate or Fortant de France Sauvignon Blanc, a wine with intense aromas of grapefruit, lemon and pineapple.

Evening Food
Later that evening, guests can enjoy an assortment of freshly cut finger sandwiches, wraps, baps, cocktail sausages or chicken goujons. Tea, Coffee and Wedding Cake is served also.

Late Night Nibbles
After your guests have finished dancing and have moved to the resident’s bar we will bring out a selection of sandwiches, wraps and baps.
