Wedding Arrival Reception

Guests will arrive to a lavish drinks reception which will be held in our stunning Sea View Lounge with views over looking Galway Bay and the Clare Hills. The room will be tastefully decorated. A table plan will be displayed at the entrance for guests to browse.

Guests are greeted by an Indulgent Chocolate Fountain with Exotic Fruit Platters and a choice of the following:

Warm Seasonal Mulled Wine (red wine warmed and infused with a selection of spices)
or
Cool Summer Cocktail (cool white wine punch with sliced summer fruits)

A Tea and Coffee station is set up in the room. Plates of assorted biscuits will be on each table.

Wedding Banqueting Meal

The Wedding Banqueting meal will consist of four courses; a starter/soup, choice of main course, dessert and freshly brewed tea or coffee.

Evening Food  

At around 11pm we will offer guests an assortment of freshly cut finger sandwiches, wraps, baps, cocktail sausages or chicken goujons. This will be served to the tables on large platters. There will be a tea and coffee station set up and your wedding cake can be served to the tables at this stage also.               

Late Night Nibbles

After guests have finished dancing and have moved to the resident’s bar we bring out a selection of sandwiches.
