Wedding Arrival Reception
Drinks Reception is held in our stunning Sea View Lounge with views over looking Galway Bay and the Clare Hills. The room is tastefully decorated and a table plan is displayed at the entrance for your guests to browse.
Your guests are greeted by an Indulgent Chocolate Fountain with Exotic Fruit Platters and a choice of the following:
Cool Summer Cocktail (cool white wine punch with sliced summer fruits)
or
Warm Seasonal Mulled Wine (red wine warmed and infused with a selection of spices)
A selection of Canapés & Tapas is offered complimentary:

Once the banqueting bell is rang your guests are shown to one of our lavish banqueting suites, either The Ballyvaughan or The Lettermore Suite.
Wedding Banquet Meal
This includes a five course meal consisting of a starter, a soup, choice of main course, dessert and freshly brewed tea or coffee.
Wine
During the meal your guests are offered up to three glasses of wine per person. They can choose between Fortant de France Merlot, it tastes of dark fruit, plums, blackberries and chocolate or Fortant de France Sauvignon Blanc, a wine with intense aromas of grapefruit, lemon and pineapple.
Evening Food
Later that evening, guests can enjoy an assortment of freshly cut finger sandwiches, wraps, baps, cocktail sausages or chicken goujons. Tea and coffee will also be served along with pieces from your wedding cake.
Late Night Nibbles
After your guests have finished dancing and have moved to the resident’s bar we will bring out a selection of sandwiches, wraps and baps.
