Does the hotel have wifi?
We are happy to offer complimentary wifi to all of our guests, available in all areas of the hotel.
Does the hotel have smoking rooms?
The hotel has a few rooms where smoking is permitted however these rooms need to be requested prior to your stay. Please note that it is against hotel policy to smoke anywhere else in the building.
Is there a laundry service in the hotel?
We can arrange to dry clean and launder your garments. This service is available Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). Items received by 9am will be returned by 6pm the same day, charges apply.
Does the hotel provide newspapers?
The Irish Independent and Irish Times are available each day.
Does the hotel provide international adaptors?
Yes, international adaptors are available at reception.
Does the hotel provide storage?
A luggage store room is provided for your convenience.
Is foreign exchange available in the hotel?
A foreign exchange service is available at reception.
Is porterage available at the hotel?
A portage service is available.
Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room?
Yes, we offer a variety of welcome amenities that can be placed in each room for guests.

All of the above can be pre-booked online when making your reservation however if there something specific you would like that is not on the above list please contact us and we will do our upmost to assist with your request.
Is there a postage service at the hotel?
A postage service is available from our reception desk. Post is collected Monday - Friday. Normal postage charges apply.
Is there a printing/ photocopying service available?
Our team at the Front Desk are happy to assist with this service.
Does the hotel provide a babysitting service?
Babysitting services are available upon request. Please contact reception for more information. All of our babysitters have been Garda vetted.
