“What an excellent hotel. We were greeted with a very pleasant atmosphere and a lovely reception staff. All very cheerful and welcoming The room was spacious and very clean we were celebrating my husbands birthday and I had mentioned it while booking There was a lovely plate of mini desserts with the ice bucket and glasses I had requested Breakfast was delicious one of the nicest I’ve had in a hotel. My husband went for full Irish and I had the pancake stack. If I’m going to Galway again I’ll definitely book The Galway Bay hotel as service was outstanding.”

“Recently my granddaughter held her 1st communion celebration in the Galway Baby Hotel, there was over 80 adults and as many if not more children catered for. We have had many occasions in this hotel but considering the amount of Children on the day I was somewhat concerned. However my concerns were fully put to bed as the Room, Food, Space, Safety was just outstanding. The children ranged in age for 1 to 16 and for the whole day their parents said they had NO worries as they were all in the very large room and played and danced together in a safe environment. Food was wonderful as always but staff equally as nice and Andrea and her team took care of everything. I would not hesitate to use this function room again for any family occasion they definitely have the best staff and best food, best facilities and for sure the best view in all of Galway.”
